By renting a campsite from Baywood Park, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to follow the rules and regulations below.

Firewood: $50.00 per bobcat bucket

Booking Deposit & Cancellation Policy
-
A one-night non-refundable charge is required at the time of booking.
-
Cancellations must be made at least two weeks before your arrival date.

A credit card is required on file to cover:

Damage
-
Extra cleaning
-
No-shows (if you do not arrive and did not cancel at least one week prior)

Pet Policy
Pets are welcome if they are well behaved and kept on a leash at all times.
This is for the comfort and safety of all guests.

Please clean up after your dog.

Any damage caused by pets will result in charges to the credit card on file.
-
If staff must clean up dog feces, additional cleaning fees will apply.
BE A GOOD NEIGHBOUR

Avoid excessive noise and help maintain the peace and tranquility of the park.

Quiet hours:
-
Weekends: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
-
Weekdays: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
(As required by the MD of Bonnyville.)

Loud partying, high-volume music, and rowdy behavior are not permitted at any time.
-
After 11:00 PM, music must not be audible outside your campsite.
-
Permit holders are responsible for the behavior of all guests and visitors at their site.
USE OF PREMISES & GROUNDS
-
Place all trash in appropriate bags. Garbage bins and bottle bins are located near the water storage sites. You may also use the garbage bin at the commercial building site (black dump trailer with bin sign). Domestic garbage only.

Do not throw cigarette butts on the ground—please use the fire pit or a proper receptacle.
-
No littering of spits or confetti; use trash receptacles or the fire pit.

Fires are permitted only in designated fire pits. During burn bans, no fires are allowed.

No firearms of any kind, including pellet or BB guns.
-
Fireworks are prohibited.
-
Quads, motorcycles, and side-by-sides are not allowed unless pre-approved by the owners.
PROPERTY DAMAGE & CLEANING FEES
Baywood Park and its staff assume no responsibility for any property placed or left on the premises.
Renters agree to:

Pay for or replace any item that is damaged, destroyed, or stolen

Notify staff immediately if something breaks
-
Accept a $50 cleaning fee if staff must clean up cigarette butts, sunflower seeds, or dog feces at your campsite
The credit card on file may be charged for:

Any damage
-
Misuse of the campsite
-
Excessive cleaning needs
Hold Harmless Agreement
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the tenant(s) agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Baywood Park, its owners, employees, volunteers, and representatives, from any and all claims, demands, damages, or losses—including those related to personal injury, death, property damage, or loss of use—connected in any way with the rental or use of the campsite.
By reserving and occupying a campsite, you agree to this Hold Harmless Agreement.
Right of Entry
We respect your privacy; however, the owners or staff may enter the premises at any time for:

Cancellation Policy
-
A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required to book a cabin.
-
A $55.00 non-refundable deposit is required to book a campsite.
-
Cancellations made more than two (2) weeks prior to your reservation date will not incur additional charges beyond the deposit.

Cancellations made within two (2) weeks of arrival, or no-shows, will be charged the full amount of the booking.

General Rules
These rules are required by the MD of Bonnyville. We appreciate your cooperation so that everyone can enjoy their stay.

Absolutely no smoking in the cabins. Please use the fire pit or an appropriate receptacle for cigarette butts.

Absolutely no drugs on the property.
-
Cabins do not have air conditioning or televisions.
-
Limited Wi-Fi is available.
Pet Policy
Pets are welcome if they are well behaved and kept on a leash at all times.

Pets are not permitted on beds or furniture.

Guests must clean up after their pets.

Charges will apply for:

Excessive pet hair
-
Pet feces left behind

Additional laundering of bedding
-
Property damage caused by pets

Please avoid excessive noise to maintain the peace and tranquility of the park.

The registered cabin occupant is responsible for the conduct of all guests.
Use of Premises & Grounds

Place all trash in garbage bags. Garbage and bottle bins are located at the water storage site (campsites 1–21) and at the commercial building across the road toward the marina. Domestic garbage only.

Cigarette butts must not be thrown on the ground. Use a fire pit or proper receptacle.
-
Do not litter the ground with spits; dispose of them properly.
-
Fires are permitted only in designated fire pits. No fires are allowed during burn bans.
-
Fireworks are prohibited.
-
Dishes must be washed, put away, and the cabin left in the same condition as found.
-
Smoking in cabins is strictly prohibited. Drug use of any kind will result in immediate expulsion.

Glitter, water balloons, confetti, or debris must be cleaned up and disposed of.
-
EV charging is not available on-site. Public charging stations are located at Cold Lake City Hall and the Energy Centre parking lot.
If staff are required to clean the cabin or surrounding area, a minimum $50 cleaning fee will apply (or more if required).
Property Damage & Cleaning Fees
Baywood Park and its staff assume no responsibility for personal property brought onto or left on the premises.
Renters agree to:

A minimum $50 cleaning fee may be charged for:

Party debris (confetti, balloons, etc.)

Pet-related cleanup
The credit card on file may be charged for all damages, misuse, or excessive cleaning.
Hold Harmless Agreement
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the tenant(s) agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Baywood Park, its owners, employees, volunteers, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, or costs (including legal fees) arising from personal injury, death, property damage, or loss of use connected to the rental or use of the cabins or park facilities.
By reserving and occupying a cabin, you agree to this Hold Harmless Agreement.
Right of Entry & Enforcement
We respect your privacy; however, owners or staff may enter the premises at any time for inspection, maintenance, security, supervision, or management purposes.
Baywood Park reserves the right to expel occupants and guests who do not comply with these rules, without refund.
