Baywood Park Campsite


Rules & Regulations
By reserving a campsite at Baywood Park, you confirm that you have read, understand, and
agree to comply with the following rules and regulations.

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: 1:00 p.m.

  • Check-out: 12:00 p.m. (unless otherwise arranged)

Reservations & Payment Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least one week prior to arrival

  • A valid credit card is required to cover damages or additional cleaning fees

​

Pets

  • Pets are welcome if well-behaved

  • Must be leashed at all times

  • Owners are responsible for cleaning up after pets

  • Any pet-related damage or cleanup will be charged accordingly

​

Be a Good Neighbor

  • Please keep noise at a respectful level at all times

  • Quiet Hours:

    • Weekends: 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

    • Weekdays: 10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.

  • After quiet hours, music must not be audible beyond your campsite

  • Permit holders are responsible for the behavior of all guests and visitors

Use of Premises & Grounds

  • Domestic garbage only in designated bins

  • No littering; dispose of cigarette butts, sunflower seeds, and waste properly

  • Fires are permitted in fire pits only and are prohibited during burn bans

  • Firearms and fireworks are strictly prohibited

  • Quads, motorcycles, and side-by-sides are not permitted unless pre-approved

Property Damage & Cleaning Fees

  • Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive mess

  • A $50 cleaning fee may be charged if additional cleanup is required

  • All applicable charges will be applied to the credit card on file

Liability & Access
Baywood Park is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property. Guests agree to
indemnify and hold harmless Baywood Park, its owners, and staff from any claims arising from
use of the campsite. Owners and staff reserve the right to access the premises for inspection,
maintenance, security, or management purposes.

BAYWOOD PARK CABIN RULES

Welcome to Baywood Park! Please help us keep the park safe, clean, and enjoyable for
everyone.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

  • Check-in: 4:00 p.m.

  • Check-out: 12:00 noon

(Other arrangements must be approved in advance.)

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • 14+ days before arrival: Deposit is non-refundable; no additional charges.

  • Less than 14 days or no-show: Full reservation balance will be charged.

​

IMPORTANT POLICIES

  • No smoking in cabins. Dispose of cigarette butts properly.

  • Drug-free property. Drugs of any kind will result in immediate eviction without refund.

  • Limited Wi-Fi available. No air conditioning or televisions.

  • No EV plug-ins available.

PETS

  • Well-behaved pets are welcome and must be leashed at all times.

  • Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture.

  • Please clean up after your pet. Extra cleaning or damage will be charged.

  • Loud or disruptive behavior is not permitted.

  • The registered guest is responsible for all visitors.

USE OF CABIN & GROUNDS

  • Dispose of garbage in designated bins (domestic garbage only).

  • Fires permitted only in firepits and not during burn bans.

  • No fireworks.

  • Wash dishes and leave the cabin as found.

  • Clean up all litter, pet waste, and party debris.

Failure to clean may result in a minimum $50 cleaning fee.

PROPERTY & SAFETY

  • Guests are responsible for any damage or missing items.

  • Playground use is at your own risk.

  • Owners or staff may access the property for maintenance, safety, or management.

Baywood Park reserves the right to remove guests who do not follow these rules.
